Parents-in-law handed an old not working #WindowsXP laptop to me for inspection. The whole windows world seems so strange to me, I consider installing a #Lubuntu to get the machine running again.
@stefan - Take a look at #ElementaryOS as well. It’s light weight and elegant. I have many of my non-technical family on it. https://elementary.io/
@stefan - I’ve used Lubuntu and liked it for technical use. I liked ElementaryOS better for nontechnical use. Can’t go wrong!
