If there's one thing you see constantly that screams "nobody in the GTA gives a fuck about anyone but themselves" it's hyper-aggressive driving and it's gotten significantly worse over the last few years.

I don't think any amount of increased enforcement would do anything either. People out here have fully embraced the car-centric "gtfo of my way" lifestyle through and through and they'll keep driving, license or not.
