When I hopped over to the as my primary social media experience, I assumed it would just be a change of address. I didn't anticipate that I'd want to use social media less when I'm not getting the steady supply of dopamine squirts.

I sometimes don't post or check all weekend, and sometimes I feel guilty—like I'm not doing "my part" to make the platform successful. But now I'm thinking that it's actually better for me.

I'm not sure where I'm going with this but it was a small epiphany to realize that not feeling compelled to use wasn't a bad thing and wasn't a design failure.
