@j_opdenakker While there underlying story seems to be true, the article makes this sound more dramatic than it really is. First of all, there is no "ministry of cybersecurity" in Japan. He is a minister, but cybersecurity is not his main occupation. It seems that he is "deputy head of the government panel on cybersecurity." Still bad enough but not having first-hand experience is rather typical for politicians.
