The trouble here is that no matter which way I vote, I am "just handing control to the people who do vote to implement changes you probably won't like." To the extent I indeed bear responsibility, I bear responsibility regardless.
The irony here is that you call me selfish, when I am in fact opposing both fascism and war crimes, even genocide. The word "selfish" might not mean what you think it means.
You call "not voting" "uniquely ineffective," but what when *voting* is just as ineffective? You call it "counterproductive," but I am looking for something productive, and there is nothing in sight.
