My : After a few years as a security executive in the private sector, I’m now in risk management & information assurance in the gov world. I got my start in networking on a help desk, and raised my hand when my company at the time needed to start dealing with PCI. I love blue team, wish I was better at red, and usually just feel like I have so much to learn and not enough time to do it.

TIL about [git worktree add /tmp/myproject/branchX branchX] and my head exploded. I no longer need to stash my changes just to checkout another branch and do a quick fix before moving back and unstashing.
Git requires a lifetime and a half to master.

Finally spinning up Feedly & Pocket, what are some of your essential RSS feeds? Anything , , , tech/gadgets, etc.

Going through “Practical Malware Analysis”, and the provided lab EXE doesn’t do anything on my Windows XP VM. Anyone else run into this?

I’m looking into graduate programs in the cyber security or MIS space, preferably 100% online/remote. Anyone have recommendations?
