Fedora makes a good impression so far. All the issues have an understandable reason, mostly: Wayland. At least Gecko-, Chromium- and Electron-based applications can usually be helped. At the cost of a wrong window and potentially also application icon.
Exception: Atom, their Electron base it too outdated. Maybe I should start looking for a new code editor…
Then again, maybe going back to X11 is the easier solution. With Fedora, Wayland is *almost* ready for productive use, but it’s still too many issues for now. Quite a few applications plan to have better support very soon but aren’t there yet. Maybe with the next Fedora release…
