Do you have a favorite notebook to write in? Preferably something not much smaller than 8.5 by 11 inches, lined, and that stays open.

@schlink I use a BoogieBoard Sync. It's an e-ink tablet that saves to my phone over Bluetooth (which then syncs to Evernote or Dropbox)
